Yorba Linda is a city in Orange County, California, and is known as the “Land of Gracious Living.” It is 20 square mile suburban community which was incorporated in 1967. Early residents came to Yorba Linda with the intent of operating small farms, constructing ranch houses, and planting citrus groves.
Yorba Linda’s name originated from Jose Yorba who was a member of a Spanish expedition. In 1907, portions of Yorba’s lands were sold to the Janss Corporation, who subdivided the properties and named the new town “Yorba Linda.”
